Local 1181 is the largest local in the United States for the Amalgamated Transit Union. It represents Drivers, Escorts and Shop employees in New York.



	The next membership meeting will be on Thursday, September 18th, 2008 at Elizabeth Blackwell JHS 210 at 7:30PM.

Reminders

As reported earlier, the NO IDLING LAWS are being enforced with vigor. More members are being called in for hearings for violations, even in the yards. Remember, the ignition key turns both ON - OFF. PROTECT YOURSELF.
