WHO WE ARE?
Local 1181 is the largest local in the United States for the Amalgamated Transit Union. It represents Drivers, Escorts and Shop employees in New York.



	The next General Membership meeting will be held on Thursday, June 18th, 2009, 7:30PM at Elizabeth Blackwell, JHS 93-11 101st Avenue, Ozone Park.

Reminders

As reported earlier, the NO IDLING LAWS are being enforced with vigor. More members are being called in for hearings for violations, even in the yards. Remember, the ignition key turns both ON - OFF. PROTECT YOURSELF.
